Everything in moderation!

Many people feel that consuming large amounts of protein will increase the body’s ability to develop muscle. In reality, there is no evidence that excess amounts of protein contribute to increases in strength and size. Consuming more protein than the body is able to assimilate will result in the protein being converted to fat.

Careful people!!! Too much of anything is bad for you. You have to keep a balance between diet, supplements, and exercise.
