Now these are just 3 of many different techniques to try. Now i know they look extremely easy and the people in the videos make them sound extremely hard. I truly believe if you try them out, you’ll find out both is wrong. While they aren’t easy, they are not impossible and people who are not experts and workout machines can accomplish them. All you need is will and determination!
