As the temperature rises, the tops come off…of your favorite bars and restaurants that is. With the new season quickly approaching, one place is sticking out above the rest. The name is Hudson Terrace.
Hudson Terrace, specifically their Rooftop Lounge, will be hitting us off will all kinds of newness this coming summer. Starting May 5 (yeah Cinco de Mayo!), Happy Hour will be from 5pm to 7pm and will feature two-for-one cocktails. While you sip there will be entertainment galore – live cover bands on Wednesdays (5pm to 10pm) and steel drums on Saturdays (3pm to 10pm).
And what is a cocktail without a bite to nibble on? Owners Michael Sinensky and Sean McGarr teamed up with their chef at Vintage Irving, Jason Bunin, to create an upscale bar menu consisting of duck-confit quesadillas and smoked-salmon nachos served with caviar…ah, when the rich meet the poor! And what makes this is greater is none of the food on the menu is over 20 bucks. And the kicker?! All you can eat brunch for $35 that includes chicken apple sausage, french toast, smoked salmon and more.
